We believe in transparent and reliable shipping methods to build trust with our customers. As of right now we only ship to the U.S. shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout.
We want you to have a positive experience with us, so we work diligently to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DAMAGED ITEM:
At The Golden Shepherd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we are a small business we do not except any returns or exchanges. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but as a small business, we simply do not have the resources or funds to issue refunds once an order has been processed. Every piece is created just for you, which means we cannot resell it once returned. Please double-check your order details, size selections, and shipping information before submitting your purchase to ensure everything is correct. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shopthegoldenshepherd@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right, whether that means sending a replacement or resolving the issue in another way.
